At Merchant Mona, we believe you should love what you buy. If something isn't right, you have 45 days from the date of delivery to return it. And we'll cover the return shipping — completely free.

By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy. It applies to all purchases made within the United States.

You can return any item within 45 days of delivery, as long as it meets these conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags still attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Note: Items that show signs of wear, damage from use, or missing tags may not qualify for a full refund.

4 Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label — at no cost to you.
5 Pack the item securely and drop it off at any designated carrier location.

⚠️ Important: Unauthorized returns (sent without our approval) will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

We're sorry if your order wasn't perfect. Please:

  • Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@merchantmona.com.
  • Attach clear photos showing the issue.

We'll fix it quickly — whether that means a full refund, a replacement, or an exchange.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items were sent by us

Exchanges depend on product availability. If the replacement isn't available, we'll issue a refund instead. Delivery times for replacements may vary by location.

No Restocking Fees — Ever

We don't believe in hidden fees. If your return is eligible, there are no restocking fees applied — just a clean, straightforward refund.

How Refunds Work

Discounts & Promotions
